2010 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O. ATV Raffle 

To order online, use the PayPal buttons below. When you click on the buttons to order through PayPal, we will:

1- Fill out your ticket stubs using the address and phone number you submit through PayPal.

2- Copy the completed tickets and send the copies with your stubs to your address via US Mail.

3- Enter your completed tickets in the drawing.

Official Rules:

 1- All decisions of the Raffle Committee are final.

2- Tickets will be sold for $10 each or 6/$50. A maximum of 1500 tickets will be sold. Any individual 16 years of age or older may buy tickets.

3- One winner will be chosen in a drawing held on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at approximately 8:00 PM at the Dixie Classic Fair in Winston-Salem, NC. The prize is one 2010 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O. ATV. No cash or other substitution is available. Winner MUST BE 16 years old.

4- The winner must make arrangements with the Raffle Committee to accept delivery of the ATV at World Class Powersports within 30 days of the drawing date. TAXES are the responsibility of the winner.

5- A second prize winner will be chosen, the prize will be a check in an amount equal to 10% of the net proceeds of the raffle. This amount will be determined by the Raffle Committee.

6- The winners of the two prizes do not need to be present at the drawing site.

7- As a condition of accepting the prize, winners will allow their image and name to be used by Winston-Salem Professional Fire Fighters on the website and printed materials.

8- Payment for ticket(s) with a check or with any other method that does not clear our Credit Union will void ticket(s).
